REBEL Return Policy for Ink & Cartridges

The REBEL return policy supports professional tattoo artists who rely on consistent, high-performance products. We believe returning ink or cartridges should be simple, respectful, and fast – just like the service we’d expect ourselves.

As fellow artists, we know how frustrating product issues can be. That’s why we back every REBEL purchase with clear terms and a commitment to make things right.


30-Day REBEL Return Policy Terms

If your product doesn’t perform as expected, you can return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.

  • Return shipping and packaging are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If we sent the wrong item, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

In that case, please make sure your return arrives safely at our facility.


Refunds Under the REBEL Return Policy

As a result, we only issue refunds for orders placed directly through rebeltattoomachine.com or one of our authorized distributors.

REBEL does not sell on Amazon, eBay, or similar marketplaces.
Items purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start the refund process:

  • Log in and begin an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), or

  • Contact us with your order number or receipt

  • We’ll send the appropriate return address once reviewed

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you with the result. If approved, the refund will be issued within 3–4 business days.


What If Your Refund Is Missing?

If your refund isn’t showing up after a few days, take these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment platform

  2. Contact your card provider – they may need additional time

  3. If that doesn’t work, reach out to us directly and we’ll help.


Returns for Distributor Purchases

When a REBEL product is purchased from one of our official distributors, please work directly with them to initiate a return. They’ll handle the process through proper distribution channels.

We cannot process returns or refunds for inventory held by distributors.


Exchanges Through the REBEL Return Policy

If your ink or cartridges arrive defective or damaged, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. To exchange for the same item, just contact us – we’ll walk you through the next steps.
