That means we carefully pack your items with our signature marketing materials – and sometimes throw in a few freebies – before we label and hand it off to UPS UPS or USPS. REBEL offers FREE SHIPPING when your order subtotal reaches $350 or more –  that’s the total product value before tax, shipping fees, and after any discounts.

Here’s how it works:

If your product subtotal is $336, and you’re in New York State, the system will automatically apply 8.875% sales tax, which adds $29.81, plus a $12.50 shipping fee. Your total becomes:

$336 (products) + $29.81 (sales tax) + $12.50 (shipping) = $378.31

But you still don’t get free shipping – why?

Because the $350 threshold applies only to the product subtotal. You’d need to add at least $14 more to reach the $350 subtotal required to make the shipping cost disappear.

Here’s why: REBEL can only cover the cost of shipping if your product total gives enough margin to make it sustainable. Different products have different profit margins, but $350 is the absolute minimum spend on products that allows REBEL to afford paying your shipping.

Now, let’s say you apply a 30% OFF BLACKFRIDAY coupon to a $350 order — that drops your subtotal to $245, which is now below the free shipping threshold. To get free shipping with that discount, you’d need to add about $105 more to your cart to bring your discounted subtotal back up to $350.

After your payment is confirmed, we process distributor orders within 2 business days. During this time, we pack your shipment and provide essential shipping details — including the number of boxes, their dimensions, and individual weights. This information we need this info to get accurate shipping quotes from multiple carriers, as international shipping costs vary daily by carrier and destination.

In most cases, it’s more cost-effective for distributors to arrange pickup using their own shipping accounts (UPS, DHL, FedEx) rather than paying for shipping through REBEL. That’s why we don’t charge shipping at checkout for distributor orders.
