SHIPPING & DELIVERY – REBEL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We only ship within the United States from this website. If you’re outside U.S. borders, please refer to our Authorized Distributors.

Canadian Customers: You cannot place online orders here, as your shipping address is outside the U.S. Additionally, customs and duty fees often make direct shipments too expensive. Therefore, we recommend contacting your local REBEL distributor.


Overview of REBEL Shipping Information

This page contains all the REBEL shipping information you need—covering how we process orders, what shipping methods are available, estimated transit times, tracking details, and distributor freight policies.


Domestic REBEL Shipping Information (U.S. Only)

We process all retail orders placed through this website or by phone. Each order must ship to a valid U.S. address. We do not operate a public retail storefront.

After you place your order, our system immediately sends a confirmation email. Once your shipment is ready, we’ll email your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

If you didn’t receive a tracking email, log in to your account and click on Order History. You’ll find the current status beside your order number:

  • Processing – We’re preparing your shipment.

  • Shipped or Completed – Your package is on its way.

Retail orders typically take 24–72 hours to process. Distributor orders may need 24–96 hours, depending on volume.


Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Our real-time shipping calculator gives you accurate pricing and delivery estimates during checkout. It calculates based on your package’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

After entering your address, the system shows different shipping options, for example:

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS Next Day Air – Note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) ET ship the next business day. “Next Day” refers to delivery one business day after shipment, not the day the order is placed. For example, an order placed Friday afternoon will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.

Estimated Transit Times

Important: If you use a P.O. Box, you must choose USPS Priority Mail. UPS doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping rates apply across the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories.


Order Timing & Processing Schedule

Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Our standard processing time is up to 48 hours, though most orders ship sooner.

A common misconception is that selecting a “Next Day Air” shipping option means you will receive the package the very next day, regardless of when you order. In reality, “Next Day” refers to the carrier’s delivery time after the package has been shipped. For example, if you place an order Friday afternoon using UPS Next Day Air, it will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.


Tracking

Every shipping method includes tracking. Once your order leaves our warehouse, our system emails the tracking number automatically. You can also log in and view updates under your Order History.


Freight Shipping for REBEL Distributors

Some distributor orders need freight delivery. If your shipment falls into this category, contact us for a quote before you order, as freight rates may affect your final decision.

To receive a freight quote, send us the following:

  • Your complete shipping address

  • Whether you’re shipping to a residential or commercial location

  • Whether you need liftgate or inside delivery

Freight shipping applies only to orders that weigh at least 150 lbs (75 kg).

If you prefer to use your own freight carrier (will-call), that’s fine too. We’ll just apply a small handling fee. Contact us for the current rate.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, take the following steps:

  1. Photograph the unopened box from multiple angles.

  2. Open the package and photograph the damaged contents.

  3. Email the photos and your order number to sales@rebeltattoomachine.com.

Once we receive your message, we’ll begin the carrier claim process.
