If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us so we can fix it. We are 100% behind all of our products. We’ll do whatever it takes to make things right and keep everyone happy! We are tattoo artists like you, and we understand your frustration when it comes to un-satisfaction. We want to treat YOU as we would like to be treated.

Many online sellers are there to “sell and forget.” At  REBEL Tattoo Machine LLC. customer service is a crucial necessity – not just something we do on the side if we need to.

If an item ever arrives damaged, broken or defective we will replace the same item free of charge. Depending on the item, we may request that the defective item be returned.

    30-Day Returns

If the product does not work, you may return it for a replacement or a refund within 30 days from your delivery date. Unfortunately, if you exceed the 30-day period we cannot offer any refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping (packaging and fees) along with the item’s safe arrival at our facility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, unopened and undamaged condition just as you received it from us. If you received the wrong item because WE messed it up, we will take care of the return-shipping fee by issuing a prepaid return label for you if retrun is necessary.

     Refunds

WE CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND or replacement if the purchase happened from an unauthorized REBEL Tattoo Machine™ re-seller (eBay, amazon and so on). We do not sell on eBay or amazon, nor do any of our Authorized Distributors.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
To complete a return you have to log in to your online account and initiate the return (RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization process) or contact us and provide your proof of purchase (receipt/invoice, order number) – if possible please keep a copy with your return item.

The return address will be provided during the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will let you know the decision of your refund (approval or rejection). If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 3-4 business days.

    Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after after we released it, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company issuer; it may take 3-4 business days before your refund is officially posted. If you have already done so and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

If the purchase was made through one of our distributors (not directly from www.rebeltattoomachine.com), please contact them with your request, because we are not able to handle their inventory and our return policy does not cover their merchandise. You will return to them and we will refund the distributors, the same way at the distribution chain goes down. Manufacture->Distributor->Tattoo Artist

    Exchanges

We are happy to replace any products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us with your request.
